Susan Seitel
is WFC Resources president and founder. One of the nation's leading pioneers in the field, she has been helping companies, organizations and governments transform their culture since 1984. She writes the company's publications - the Work-Life Newsbrief & Trend Report and the Manager's Quarterly - has authored several special reports and publications on a variety of subjects, and most recently published The Eleven Essential Steps to Designing a Successful Work-Life Program. Susan was a founding board member of the Alliance for Work-Life Progress.


Rachel Hastings
, vice president, is responsible for our training, e-training and consulting services, as well as business development and marketing. She has over 15 years experience as an internal and external organizational consultant and trainer. She holds a bachelor's degree in social psychology and has held several senior management positions internationally, including director of the British Chamber of Commerce in Mexico. As a project manager in U.K. local government, she created a web-based management and information system to integrate healthcare provision for the over ‘60’s.


Anne Nolan
, operations and customer support manager, makes sure Work-Life Clearinghouse members and consulting clients get the support they need. Anne has a law degree and an MBA, and extensive experience in the field of work-life. She's the first responder when members need help to find the right information, searching our database to help them benchmark and make the business case for their work-life initiatives. In addition to handling Clearinghouse membership and customer support, she's in charge of the WFC Resources office. Anne is an advisory board member of Take Back Your Time.
